What data is collected
galfredev may collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, company, industry, main need, the message of your request and your consents when you fill in the contact form.
What it is used for
The data is used to answer requests, prepare proposals, follow up commercially with authorization, personalize contact and better understand the kind of problem each visitor wants to solve.
If you tick the news checkbox in the form, with your permission we occasionally send you news from the studio by email. You can unsubscribe whenever you want.
Technical basis and storage
The site has no user accounts. Form requests are sent, signed, to galfredev's internal system, hosted on Railway, where they are stored together with the consents given. No administrative keys are exposed in the frontend.
Official WhatsApp channel
The WhatsApp Business number +54 9 351 892-2197 is galfredev's official channel. It is operated by Valentino Galfre (galfredev), CUIT 20-43808971-4, based in Río Tercero, Córdoba, Argentina, who is the controller of the data handled on that channel, whatever the reason for the inquiry. It runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, in coexistence with the WhatsApp Business app.
What data is handled over WhatsApp
When you write to that number we handle your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, the content of the messages you send (text, audio, images and documents), the date and time of each message and the delivery and read statuses. We do not ask for data that is not needed to answer your inquiry or to serve you as a client.
What the channel is used for
We use this data to answer inquiries, assess whether a commercial project is viable and serve current clients: installments, payment links, invoices, project status and meeting coordination. Only with your consent do we send you service notices, such as payment reminders, payment confirmations, invoices and meeting reminders. You can stop receiving them at any time by replying «BAJA».
Automated assistant
An artificial intelligence assistant may reply on behalf of galfredev. The assistant introduces itself as an assistant and never pretends to be a person. At any time a member of the team can take over the conversation, and you can ask to talk to a person.
Providers and international transfers
Providers that handle data on galfredev's behalf, and only to deliver their service, take part in running the channel: messaging (Meta, WhatsApp Business Platform), artificial intelligence model (Anthropic), audio transcription (OpenAI), system hosting (Railway) and backups (Cloudflare R2). These providers may store or process the data outside Argentina (the system is hosted in the European Union, and the messaging, artificial intelligence and backup services operate mainly in the United States), so there is an international transfer of data. galfredev chooses providers with contractual commitments on security and confidentiality, does not sell your data and does not share with third parties for advertising purposes the contact details you leave through the form or over WhatsApp.
How long data is kept
Conversations with people who did not become clients are deleted after 12 months without messages. Client conversations are kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by legal, accounting or tax obligations. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time, except where the law requires us to keep some data.
User rights
Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326, you can access your data, ask for it to be corrected, updated or deleted, and withdraw your commercial or notice consent whenever you want. To exercise these rights, write to galfredev@gmail.com saying what you are asking for and the number or email you contacted us with; we reply within the periods set by law. Access is free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless you show a legitimate interest.
Supervisory authority
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP, Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory body under Law 25.326, has the power to handle complaints and claims from people whose rights are affected by a breach of the data protection rules in force.
